Andy L. Caldwell, Esq., is the principal of The Caldwell Law Firm, P.A.  He is licensed to practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts.  Mr. Caldwell was admitted to practice in 1999.  Mr. Caldwell received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  His primary areas of practice are workers’ compensation insurance defense and general liability insurance defense.  He is a member of the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute.  Mr. Caldwell serves on various committees, including the Judicial Nominations Committee, Workers’ Compensation Committee and the Ethics Committee of the Arkansas Bar Association.
