They represent owners, contractors, subcontractors, in federal and state courts and before arbitrators and mediators. Clients include major corporations, small and large partnerships, and individuals.

The firm handles all types of family law issues such as divorce, child custody, guardianships and adoptions.
LABOR & EMPLOYMENT
Our labor and employment practice covers all aspects of employee - employer relations. The firm has experience in litigation of employment discrimination claims, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Equal Pay Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act and COBRA. Finally, we provide advice and counsel to clients regarding the avoidance of potential claims and the use of alternative dispute mechanisms before and during litigation.

Our practice focuses primarily upon title insurance defense defending title insurance companies and their insured. The firm also provides services for the owners of residential and rental properties.

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION
The firm has an extensive litigation practice involving workers' compensation claims, principally representing employers and their insurance carriers. The firm also represents and advises employers and carriers before the Commission on such administrative matters as qualification for out-of-state administration, approval of managed care organization (MCO) status, and qualification for self-insured status.
